  This guy Dave is a con artist! I brought my computer to him and he charged me $82.50 just to look at it. He told me that it would be $45 to diagnose the problem (which is ridiculous) but when I went to pick up my computer he charged me an additional $37.50 on top of that for "labor." After I told him that I didn’t want him to fix my computer (because he said it would cost a little over $500 to install a new hard drive and install Word back on my computer) he didn’t even want to put it back together and tried to convince me that I should just let him leave it in pieces. After taking my computer to a reputable place it only cost me $218. I was able to install Word back on my computer myself even after Dave told me that it would be very difficult and that part would cost “a couple hundred dollars.” He told me that if I brought the Word software in to him it would probably cost a little less… he is a thief. I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO HIM!
