  Paul Eno's I want to let you know how distraught I am that you installed our granite UPSIDE DOWN ruining my beautiful piece of stone And my master bath. I trusted you. I thought you cared about "doing things right" As you claim on your website. Our initial bill for this stone includes a note about how it was to be installed "With the veining at the top" All we asked was that you Paul make it right You said it would be "too expensive". You never tried to call us. to discuss this major change to our agreed upon design plan. You never tried to call us to get authorization to totally and literally Turn our plan upside down. Without permission. There were several weeks between putting the stone on the board to prep and cut and when it was actually installed. You never tried to call us Or email or text.... To let us decide. Why? I feel shocked amazed, appalled, and abused by your tactics Pat
